Returns: We accept returns of unopened products within seven (7) days of purchase. Once we receive the returned product and confirm that it is unopened and in good condition, we will issue a refund for the full purchase price.

Refunds: If you are not satisfied with the quality of our products, please contact us within seven (7) days of purchase to initiate a refund request. We may ask for details on the issue you faced with the product to improve our quality control measures. We will issue a refund for the full purchase price, minus any shipping costs, upon receiving the returned product and confirming its quality issue.

Processing time: Refunds will be processed within five (5) business days of receiving the returned product. It may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your account statement depending on your payment method.
